Integrating Climate Finance into Locally Led Development for Livelihood Improvement and NDC Achievement

Agusto & Co., represented by Ikechukwu Iheagwam, Regional Director (East Africa) participated in side event on Thursday 14 November 2024 at the NDC Partnership Pavillion, COP 29 Baku. The event discussed the theme of “Integrating Climate Finance into Locally Led Development for Livelihood Improvement and NDC Achievement: A Case of County Green Finance Assessment and Agroforestry Development in Kenya” wherein Ikechukwu Iheagwam made a keynote presentation on “County Green Financing Intervention in Kenya” (slides attached) and also participated as part of the panellist. The event was well attended and elicited a lot of positive comments on the county green finance assessment conducted in Kenya.
